In my opinion lunch is the most important meal of the day. Most people I know skip breakfast, eat lunch, and skip supper. That’s what I do, anyhow. Breakfast takes up too much time in the mornings for me, and eating supper takes up too much time at nights. At noon, you have the most time to kill and that gives you time to eat.
I’m a very busy person, juggling work, school, and a social life I barley have time to eat one meal a day, therefore I find myself snacking on not so healthy snacks or foods.
