If I had an Extra Hour in the Day

If I had an extra hour in the day I would use that time very wisely. I would use this extra hour to focus on myself and reflect. This extra hour would give me time to focus on my mental health and calm me down. I would maybe meditate to stay calm, listen to music, or zone completely out for an hour.

Mental health is very important to me and everyone else, probably. We all need to take time out of the day to focus on ourselves in my opinion. We’re always on the go and never focus on what’s really important, ourselves.
